Paula Anne is a qualified and insured Solution Focused Hypnotherapist based in the Newry and Banbridge area of Northern Ireland and serving clients online across the UK. She is NCH registered, an AfSFH member, trained at the Clifton Practice, and works within professional ethical and confidentiality standards.
My approach
I am a fully qualified and insured Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, dedicated to supporting clients in achieving positive and lasting change.
With a professional background in accounting, I bring a calm, methodical, and client-focused approach to my practice. I trained with CPHT/Clifton Practice, where I was awarded a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) after completing 450 guided learning hours.
I am a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapists (NCH) and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists (AfSFH), and hold full Hypnotherapy Practitioner Insurance underwritten by Holistic Insurance Services. I am based in the Newry and Banbridge area and offer online sessions via Zoom across the UK, so clients can access a safe, ethical, and professional service from home.
My aim is to provide a supportive and confidential space where clients can overcome challenges, develop resilience, and move towards their desired goals.
